Birdwell MOT Centre (Jumbo Self Drive) has been providing MOT Testing in Birdwell, Barnsley since 2014. Our business is testing cars. We are only a test centre - not a garage carrying out a few MOTs as part of a greater business model. As a result, we pride ourselves in carrying out a "fair" test without pushing for additional servicing and repairs.
Our customer base ranges from private car owners to car dealers and independent motor mechanics. We charge a flat-rate fee of £35 (retests within 10 days are free of charge) - no extras, no surcharges and no additions.

Birdwell MOT Centre - COVID-19 - We're Still Testing
DVSA has extended the MOT Test expiry date by 6 months on vehicles due to be presented for MOT ON OR AFTER 30th March 2020.
Why are we recommending you still have an MOT?
1. Your test may have expired before 30th March!
2. Your vehicle may be unsafe!
3. You may struggle to get a test on the revised due date!
If you don't need to drive, or if you are self-isolating/ shielding - the revised law is to protect you!
