My aerial had come detached from my roof but was still clinging on for dear life by the wire. He assessed the aerial and gave a very decent quote for refitting it. But what makes him exceptional is he then proceeded to say have you heard of freesat... which I hadn't and I expected him to be essentially trying to sell me something more expensive. I was wrong, he doesn't even install freesat and that genuinely worked out to be the cheaper and better option for my house in terms of signal etc. He knowingly did himself out of business to prescribe what was best for my house! Fantastic.
